The documentary, narrated in Cantonese and Mandarin, highlights disappearing foods amongst the Cantonese/Hakka
community in Singapore and how these dishes were revived in four Chinese clan associations in Bukit Pasoh, Kreta Ayer
and Tanjong Pagar.
The film has been publicly screened at various events/venues including The Arts House, Singapore Heritage Festival, Asian Civilisation Museum, Malay Heritage Centre, and National Museum of Singapore in 2018 – 2020.
